Horn is suffering from a torn quad, which does not require surgery, while Jackson has undergone successful groin surgery.

Panthers coach Dave Canales emphasized the irreplaceability of Jaycee Horn’s contributions, noting his outstanding performance in the offseason and the early games. “There’s no replacing Jaycee Horn,” Canales said. “We’re not asking our guys to replace Jaycee.
